Studená paradajková polievka
750 g paradajky Paradajky nakrojte do kríža a krátko ponorte do
vriacej vody. Olúpte ich a nakrájajte na väčšie kúsky.
Olúpte a nakrájajte cibuľu.
Vložte paradajky s cibuľou do mixéra a pri rýchlosti 2
rozmixujte na jemné pyré.
Pridajte citrónovú št’avu, olej a ocot. Dochut’te soľou,
korením a cukrom. Vmiešajte kyslú smotanu.

1 téglik kyslá smotana

balzamikový ocot

bazalkové listy
soľ, korenie, cukor
Krémová mrkvová polievka
500 g mrkvy Mrkvu umyte, očistite a nakrájajte na kúsky. Zhruba
15 minút ju povarte v 1/4 l zeleninového vývaru.
Nechajte krátko ochladnút’. Potom zmes rozmixujte
rýchlost’ou 2 a prelejte spät’ do hrnca. Pridajte
zvyšný vývar a polievku znovu zohrejte. Dochut’te
bielym vínom a smotanou.

tebuľku, petržlen,
soľ, korenie, cukor
Studená uhorková polievka
750 g uhorka
Uhorky umyte, olúpte, pozdĺžne rozkrojte a odstráňte
semienka. Dužinu nakrájajte na kúsky a spolu s
cesnakom vložte do mixéra. Rozmixujte pri
rýchlosti 2. Pridajte jogurt a dobre premiešajte.
Dochut’te soľou, korením a cukrom.
Ozdobte kôprom a pažítkou.

1 strúčik cesnak
tipka
soľ, korenie, cukor
1 zväzok pažítka
1 zväzok kôpor
Humus
250 g varený cícer
(môžete použit’
cícer z konzervy,
musíte ho však
dôkladne
prepláchnut’)
Všetky prísady mixujte pri rýchlosti 2 počas 40 sekúnd
alebo kým nebude zmes úplne jemná.
3 polievkové
lyžice
olivový olej
30 ml citrónová št’ava
4 strúčky cesnak
30 ml voda
