Bessengelei met vanillesaus
totale bereidingstijd: ca. 8-12 min.
servies: schaal met deksel (2 liter inhoud)
ingrediënten
150 g rode aalbessen
150 g aardbeien
150 g frambozen
250 ml witte wijn
100 g suiker
50 ml citroensap
8 blaadjes gelatine
300 ml melk

30 g suiker
15 g mzena
Tip: u kunt ook diepvriesfruit gebruiken,
dat moet dan eerst worden ontdooid.
1. Een paar vruchten achterhouden voor
de garnering. De rest met de witte
wijn pureren, in de schaal doen en
afgedekt verwarmen.
5-7 min. 900 W
Suiker en citroensap erdoor mengen.
2. De gelatine ongeveer 10 minuten in
koud water weken en uitknijpen. De
gelatine door de hete vruchtenpuree
roeren tot het is opgelost. De gelei in
de koelkast zetten en stijf laten worden.
3. Voor de vanillesaus de melk in een
schaal doen. Merg van het vanillestokje,
suiker en maïzena door de melk roeren
en afgedekt verwarmen. Tussendoor en
na afloop omroeren.
3-5 min. 900 W
4. De gelei op een bord storten en met
de hele vruchten garneren. De
vanillesaus erbij serveren.
Peren in chocoladesaus
totale bereidingstijd: ca. 8-13 min.
servies: schaal met deksel (2 l inhoud)
schaal met deksel (1 l inhoud)
ingrediënten
4 peren (600 g)
60 g suiker
1 zakje vanillesuiker (10 g)
1 el perenlikeur
150 ml water
130 g pure chocolade
100 g crème fraiche
Tip: Daarnaast kan nog een bolletje
vanille-ijs worden opgediend.
1. De peren schillen.
2. Suiker, vanillesuiker, likeur en water in
de schaal doen. Omroeren en
verwarmen.
1-2 min. 900 W
3. Peren in de vloeistof zetten, afdekken
en koken.
5-8 min. 900 W
Peren uit de schaal nemen en laten
afkoelen.
4. 50 ml sap in de kleine schaal doen en
crème fraiche en chocolade
toevoegen. Afdekken en verwarmen.
2-3 min. 900 W
5. De saus goed omroeren en over de
peren gieten.
