1. De melk in de kop gieten, Chocolade
toevoegen, omroeren en verwarmen.
Af en toe omroeren
ca. 1 min. 900 W
2. De room stijfkloppen en op de
chocolademelk lepelen. Garneren met
chocoladehagelslag
Duivelsdrank
voor 10 porties
totale bereidingstijd: ca. 8-10 min.
servies: schaal met deksel (2 l inhoud)
ingrediënten
500 ml witte wijn
500 ml droge rode wijn
500 ml rum, 54%
1 sinaasappel
3 kaneelstokjes
75 g suiker
10 tl kandij
1. Wijn en rum in de schaal gieten.
Sinaasappel dun afschillen en schil
met kaneelstokjes en suiker in de
alcohol doen. Afdekken en
verwarmen.
8-10 min. 900 W
2. Sinaasappelschil en kaneel
verwijderen. In elk glas een theelepel
kandij doen en de drank erover
gieten.
