Bereiding
1. Vis wassen, afdrogen, met citroensap
besprenkelen, zouten en met
ansjovisboter bestrijken.
2. Vis in een schaal leggen.
3. Kaas over de vis strooien.
4. Tomaten wassen, in plakjes snijden en
bovenop de kaas leggen.
5. Zout, peper en gemengde kruiden
toevoegen.
6. Mozzarella laten uitlekken, in plakjes
snijden en op de tomaten leggen.
Basilicum erover strooien.
7. Schaal op het lage rek zetten en met
AUTOMATISCH KOOKPROGRA-
MMA + GRILL 1 (A1-1) koken.
8. Na het bereiden ca. 5 min. laten staan.

1. Gehakt, ui, ei en broodkruim met
elkaar vermengen. Zout en peper
toevoegen. Vlees in een ovenschaal
leggen.
2. Bouillon en tomatenpuree door elkaar
roeren.
3. Bouillon, aardappel, wortel en
peterselie bij het vlees voegen en
goed met elkaar vermengen.
4. Afdekken en met AUTOMATISCH
KOOKPROGRAMMA (AC-2) koken.
5. Als het akoestische signaal klinkt,
omroeren en weer afdekken.
6. Na het bereiden omroeren en ca. 5
min. laten staan. Voor het serveren
met peterselie bestrooien.
