Potreban pribor:
kuke za testo
0 Stavite brašno, prašak za pecivo,
so i šećer u posudu za mešanje.
Isecite hladan maslac u komade i
dodajte.
0 Mešajte oko 1 minut na brzini 3-4,
dodajte jaje i hladnu vodu pa
nastavite sa mešanjem dok se
testo ne oblikuje u kuglu.
0 Izvadite testo iz posude i nakratko
nastavite mešenje rukama.
0 Pustite testo da odleži u frižideru
oko 30 minuta pre daljnje obrade.
0 Razvaljajte testo, stavite ga u
dobro podmazan kalup i dodajte
voće po želji, npr. jabuke ili šljive.

0 Stavite sve sastojke u posudu za
mešanje, navedenim redosledom.
0 Počnite sa postavkom 3-4, a ako je
potrebno ubrzajte i mešajte 1
do 1 1/2 minut dok se testo ne
oblikuje u kuglu.
0 Izvadite testo iz posude i nakratko
nastavite mesiti rukama.
0 Zatim rukama umesite sastojke koji
ne smeju da se reduciraju, npr.
grožđice.
0 Pre daljnje obrade, pustite testo da
se diže u pokrivenoj posudi, na
toplom mestu, do približno
dvostruke veličine.

maštoviti biskviti, voćni kolači,
makaroni.
Za ljute kolače, npr. kolač od luka,
pripremite testo bez šećera.

60 g šećer

500 g brašno
40 g kvasac (svež) ili
1 paket suvog kvasca
80 g šećer

80 g margarin, otopljen
200 ml mlako mleko
