kuke za tijesto
0 Stavite brašno, prašak za pecivo,
sol i šećer u posudu za miješanje.
Isjecite hladni maslac u komade i
dodajte.
0 Miješajte oko 1 minutu na brzini
3-4, dodajte jaje i hladnu vodu pa
nastavite miješati dok se tijesto ne
oblikuje u loptu.
0 Izvadite tijesto iz zdjele i nakratko
nastavite miješenje rukama.
0 Pustite tijesto da odleži u hladnjaku
oko 30 minuta prije daljnje obrade.
0 Razvaljajte tijesto, stavite ga u
dobro podmazan kalup i dodajte
voće po želji, npr. jabuke ili šljive.

0 Stavite sve sastojke u posudu za
miješanje , navedenim
redoslijedom.
0 Počnite s postavkom 3-4, a ako j
potrebno ubrzajte i miješajte
1 do 1 1/2 minutu dok se tijesto ne
oblikuje u loptu.
0 Izvadite tijesto iz zdjele i nakratko
nastavite miješenje rukama.
0 Zatim rukama umijesite sastojke
koji ne smiju biti reducirani, npr.
grožđice.
0 Prije daljnje obrade, pustite tijesto
da se diže u pokrivenoj zdjeli, na
toplu mjestu, to približno dvostruke
veličine.

pleteni kvasni kruh, kvasni
maštoviti biskviti, voćni kolači,
makaroni.
Za ljute kolače, npr. kolač od luka,
pripravite tijesto bez šećera.

40 g kvasac (svjež) ili
1 paket suhoga kvasca
80 g šećer

80 g margarin, otopljen
200 ml mlako mlijeko
