kavlja za testo
0 Denite moko, pecilni prašek, sol in
sladkor v mešalno skledo. Narežite
mrzlo surovo maslo na koščke in
ga dodajte.
0 Mešajte približno 1 minuto pri
nastavitvi 3-4, dodajte jajce in
mrzlo vodo in še naprej mešajte,
dokler testo ne naredi krogle.
0 Vzemite testo iz sklede in ga še
malo pregnetite z rokami.
0 Pustite testo, naj počiva v
hladilniku približno 30 minut pred
nadaljnjo obdelavo.
0 Zvaljajte testo, ga denite v dobro
namazan model in dodajte sadje,
npr. jabolka ali slive, po želji

0 Denite vse sestavine v mešalno
skledo v navedenem vrstnem redu.
0 Začnite s hitrostjo 3-4, po potrebi jo
povišajte in mešajte
1 do 1 1/2 minute, dokler testo ne
naredi krogle.
0 Vzemite testo iz sklede in ga še
malo pregnetite z rokami.
0 Nato z rokami vgnetite v testo
sestavine, za katere ne želite, da bi
bile sesekljane, npr. rozine.
0 Pred nadaljevanjem pustite, naj
testo vzhaja v pokriti skledi na
toplem mestu, dokler ne naraste do
približno dvojne velikosti.

pletenice, drobno pecivo, sadni
kolač, votli rezanci.
Za pikantne pogače, npr. čebulno
pogačo, pripravite kvašeno testo
brez sladkorja.

125 g mrzla margarina ali
surovo maslo
60 g sladkor
čepec sol
1jajce
1 jed. žl. mrzla voda
500 g moka
40 g kvas (svež) ali
1 zavojček suhega kvasa
80 g sladkor
čepec sol
80 g margarina, stopljena
200 ml mlačno mleko
