Använt tillbehör:

0 Fyll äggvita och vatten i bunken. Starta
på steg 2, om så krävs, öka hastigheten
och vispa tills blandningen blir styv.
0 Tillsätt socker och vaniljsocker och
fortsätt att vispa tills sockret lösts upp.
0 Tillsätt äggula och rör om.
0 Blanda mjöl, matstärkelse och bakpul-
ver som tillsätts krämmassan och rör
om.
0 Fyll degen i en kakform och grädda

0 Fyll alla ingredienser i angiven ord-
ningsföljd i bunken.
0 Starta på steg 3 - 4, om så behövs, öka
hastigheten och rör om tills degen är
krämig och slät.
0 Fyll degen i en lämplig form och
grädda.

Degen kan lätt varieras efter smak och
tycke med andra smaktillsatser.
Exempel på sockerkaka med
choklad:
0 Fyll formen med 2/3 av degen. Tillsätt i
resterande degmängd 1 msk kakao och
1 msk mjölk och rör kort om.
0 Fyll i den mörka degen på den ljusa i
kakformen. Rör om med en gaffel i
båda degskikten så att önskat marmor-
mönster uppnås.
