Grundrecept för mördeg

Använt tillbehör:
Universalskål med plastkniv
0 Fyll mjöl, bakpulver, salt, socker i uni-
versalskålen. Skär det kalla smöret i
bitar och tillsätt.
0 Rör om på steg 3 - 4 ungefär 1 minut,
tillsätt ägg och kallt vatten genom
mataröppningen och fortsätt omrör-
ningen tills degen klumpar sig som en
kula kring kniven.
0 Ta degen ur skålen och knåda den helt
kort för hand.
0 Innan degens vidarebearbetas skall den
ligga i kylen ca 30 minuter.
0 Rulla ut degen , lägg den i en välsmord
form och belägg efter smak och tycke
med frukt, t.ex. äpplen eller plommon.

kort för hand.
0 Tillsatser som inte skall finfördelas som
t.ex. russin knådas in efteråt för hand.
0 Innan bearbetningen fortsätter skall
degen i en övertäckt skål och låt på ett
varmt ställe jäsa till dubbel mängd.

För pikant bakverk, t.ex. lökpaj tillreds
