Converting Between 3 & 4 Wheel Operation

The Model 600T and 600F to be easily converted to an indoor model by replacing the front section with

the Chair Front End of the Model 600C.

Conversion requires lifting the existing front end off and installing another front end (either 600C or 3-

wheel, 4-wheel versions). Those with limited upper body strength may want to consider removing the

seat, top cover, footplate, and/or batteries before proceeding. Disassembly of these components are

described in a subsequent section (see “Disassembly and Re-Assembly” starting on page 24).

Replacing Front End

Use the following to replace the existing front end (Model

600T/600F) with the Model 600C.

1. Turn scooter “Off” and remove key from keyswitch to

prevent accidents.

2. Use seat locking lever and swivel seat 90° (facing

side of scooter).

3. Carefully stand scooter upright onto rear bumper, as

shown in Illustration 13.

Note: You may require assistance to lift scooter upright.

4. Loosen wiring harness from Harness Guide and

disconnect at connector, as shown in Illustration 14.
