џÎn cazurile, când o persoană neautorizată a încercat să repare orice fel
de defect.
În cazurile de mai sus reparaţiile vor fi efectuate contra cost.
Garanţia pentru aparat nu este în vigoare pentru părţi şi piese ale aparatului
care se uzează normal în timpul utilizării aparatului, piese care sunt date jos
în timpul utilizării normale, lămpile semnalizatoare şi butoanele iluminate şi
altele asemănătoare, pentru schimbarea culorii suprafeţelor exterioare,
modificarea formei dimensiunile şi amplasarea pieselor şi părţilor care sunt
expuse la influenţe, necorespunzătoare condiţiilor de utilizare normală.
Beneficii omise, daunele materiale şi morale pricinuite de imposibilitatea
temporară de utilizare a aparatului în timpul profilacticii şi reparaţiei sale nu
sunt cuprinse în garanţia aparatului.
