Classication de la tension chez les adultes
Le tableau ci-dessous présente les valeurs indicatives de tension élevée (sans considération de l’âge ou
du genre). Ces valeurs ont été dénies par l’Organisation Mondiale de la Santé (OMS). Attention diérents
facteurs (diabète, obésité, fumer) peuvent inuer sur la tension artérielle. Consulter votre médecin pour
l’évaluation exacte et ne changez jamais votre traitement de vous-même.

Prendre une mesure
a. Appliquez le brassard, asseyez vous et/ou
couchez vous confortablement.
b. Appuyez sur le bouton
ON/OFF, Fig. 4 vous
entendrez un bip sonore et tous les
caractères apparaissent à l’écran. Fig. 5
c. L’écran ache directement “
0” et la èche
vers le haut clignote. Fig. 6
d. Appuyez sur le bouton START, Fig. 7, et la
mesure démarre automatiquement

e. L’appareil gone le brassard jusqu’à ce qu’il
atteigne une pression susante pour
eectuer la mesure. L’écran ache la pression
en continu et le symbole cœur clignote. Fig. 8
L’appareil laisse s’échapper lentement l’air
qui se trouve dans le brassard et procède
à la mesure. La tension et les pulsations
cardiaques sont achées à l’écran. Fig. 9

f. Arrêt automatique de l’appareil après 3 minutes si vous n’appuyez sur aucune touche.
g. Vous pouvez éteindre l’appareil à tout moment en appuyant sur le bouton
START.
