QUICK START GUIDE
Avoid smoking, eating or exercising for 30 minutes
before making a measurement.
1. Sit upright in a chair with your both feet on the oor.
2. Remove tight tting or thick clothing from you
upper arm.
3. Pull on the end of the cu until it wraps securely
around your upper arm. Place your arm on a table
so that your wrist is at the same level as your heart.
4. Press the “POWER” button. Then press the ”START” button.
The cu will automatically inate and the
measurement will start.
5. When the measurement is complete, the cu will
automatically deate and your systolic and diastolic
pressure values and pulse rate will be displayed.

DATE and TIME SETTINGS
- Set the correct date and time before making a measurement.
- Date and time should be reset after replacing batteries.
1. Press and hold the “TIME” button for a few seconds until the “Year” digit ashes.
2. Press the“memo s” or “paget” buttons to select the current year.
3. Press the “TIME” button to conrm the year setting.
4. Follow the same steps to set the month, day, hour and minute.
