Medición de temperatura
Mesure de la température:
• Tire suavemente del oído hacia atrás para estirar el canal auditivo.
Ponga la punta de medición cómodamente en el canal auditivo. Debe
orientarse hacia el tambor para garantizar una medición fiable.
• Presione y mantenga el botón “SCAN” hasta que escuche un pitido.
Ahora puede sacar la punta de medición del oído y leer la medición en
la pantalla. Cuando pulse el botón “ON/MEM”, el dispositivo convertirá
el resultado de la medición del oído en el valor oral correspondiente.
Note:
Medición de temperatura del oído, importante - seguir sin condiciones:
• Es recomendable medir 3 veces en el mismo oído. Si los valores
difieren, tome el valor más alto.
• Para evitar riesgos de coinfecciones, debe limpiar la punta de
medición después de cada uso como se describe en “Mantenimiento
y limpieza”.
• En personas sanas, las temperaturas en distintas zonas del cuerpo
pueden variar en 0,2~1ºC.
• Capacidad de repetición clínica de las lecturas: Desvío máx. 0,23ºC (<1
año de edad), 0,22ºC (1~5 años de edad), 0,21ºC (>5 años de edad).
Cuando obtenga una nueva lectura de temperatura en el modo para
el oído, la medición anterior aparecerá en la pantalla en el borde
superior derecho con el ícono de medición anterior.
Tomar la temperatura en la frente
La arteria temporal está conectada al corazón a través de la arteria carótida.
El termómetro está diseñado para medir la temperatura de la superficie
alrededor de la arteria temporal, una arteria principal de la cabeza.
• Sostenga el termómetro en el lugar de la frente indicado para medir la
temperatura (puede escoger la sien izquierda o derecha)
• Presione el botón “SCAN” y escanee el área de la sien. Mientras
escanea va a escuchar un beep, que indica que la nueva medición
está siendo realizada. La medición habrá terminado después de
escuchar dos cortos beeps y cuando el ícono de medición
para la frente deja de iluminar.
El tiempo de medición puede variar entre 5 y 8 segundos
(hasta 30 segundos)
Nota:
a. La temperatura de la frente es mostrada en modo oral. Este modo convierte la
temperatura de la frente para mostrarla en su “equivalente – oral”
b. Antes de la medición, evite hacer ejercicio y manténgase quieto por 5 minutos.
Evite bañarse durante los 30 minutos antes de la medición.
c. Recuerde mantener el área de la sien limpia de sudor y cosméticos mientras toma la
temperatura.
