앬 Undo the two opposite lying screws (1) on the wall
bracket and remove the cover (2).
앬 Mark the positions of the four drill holes (3) on the
wall.
Note: The drill holes are arranged 80mm apart
horizontally and 65 mm apart vertically. Then drill
the holes, insert the dowels and fasten the
appliance to the wall with the 4 screws.
앬 Fit on the cover (2) again and refasten with the two
screws (1).

5. Proper use
The appliance is designed only for private use, not
for commercial heating purposes.
6. Starting up
Important! Before using the appliance for the first
time, check that the voltage supply is the same as
the voltage details set out on the data plate.
Read the safety instructions listed in section 1.
The quartz radiant heater warms objects or persons
at which it is pointed but does not directly heat the
room air in the process. The heat output is set by a
switch with pull cord. The selected setting is
displayed.
6.1 Setting the heat output (Fig. 1):
The heat output is set by pulling the cord of the pull
switch (3) once or repeatedly. The selected heat
output can be read off the display (2). If the maximum
heat output is selected and the pull switch is
activated once more, the appliance shuts down.
6.2 Display of heat settings
No heat output = Display indicates “0”, no heating
elements activated
Minimum heat output = Display indicates “1”, one
heating element activated
Medium heat output = Display indicates “2”, two
heating elements activated
Maximum heat output = Display indicates “3”, three
heating elements activated
7. Overheating guard
In case of excessive heating, the heating function
shuts down automatically. If this occurs, turn off the
appliance, disconnect the mains plug and wait a few
minutes for the appliance to cool. After eliminating
the cause (e.g. a covered air grille), the appliance
can be switched on again. If the overheating guard
triggers repeatedly, please contact your customer
service center (in Germany ISC GmbH).
8. Maintenance and cleaning
앬 Maintenance and repair work may only be carried
out by an electrical servicing contractor or ISC
GmbH.
앬 Check the mains lead at regular intervals for signs
of defects or damage. A damaged mains lead may
only be replaced by an electrician or ISC GmbH in
compliance with the relevant regulations.
앬 Important: Disconnect the mains lead before
cleaning – danger of electric shock.
앬 Use a damp cloth to clean the casing.
앬 Never use combustible cleaning agents.
앬 To remove dust on the reflector and heating
elements, use a brush with long soft bristles.
앬 In cases of very stubborn dirt the appliance should
be cleaned by a professional.

10. Waste disposal
The appliance, accessories and packaging should be
