9. Uklanjanje grešaka
Problem Uzrok Uklanjanje
Teret se ne može podizati pomoću
hidrauličke dizalice.
- Vijak za ispuštanje nije dovoljno
pritegnut.
- Premala količina ulja.
- Čvrsto pritegnite vijak za
ispuštanje u smjeru kazaljke na
satu.
- Dopunite ulje prema uputama.
Hidraulička dizalica ne može teret
držati na podignutom položaju.
- Vijak za ispuštanje nije dovoljno
pritegnut.
- Premala količina ulja.
- Prljavština je začepila hidraulički
sustav.
- Čvrsto pritegnite vijak za
ispuštanje u smjeru kazaljke na
satu.
- Dopunite ulje prema uputama.
- Najprije zatvorite ventil za
ispuštanje i zatim otvorite vijak/čep
za odzračivanje (slika 2/poz. 11).
Stavite jednu nogu na prednji
kotač i povucite krak za podizanje
rukom na njegovu najveću visinu.
Zatim spustite krak za podizanje i
pokušajte teret podići ponovno.
Hidraulika ne može izaći na punu
visinu.
- Vijak za ispuštanje nije dovoljno
pritegnut.
- Premala količina ulja.
- U hidrauličkom sustavu nalazi se
zrak.
- Čvrsto pritegnite vijak za
ispuštanje u smjeru kazaljke na
satu.
- Dopunite ulje prema uputama.
- Otvorite vijak/čep za odzračivanje
(slika 2/poz. 11) i ispustite zrak iz
hidrauličkog sustava višestrukim
pumpanjem, kao što je opisano u
uputama.
Hidraulika se ne može spustiti do
kraja.
- Istrošena povratna opruga ili je
ona iskočila iz uporišta.
- Trebali biste u pravilnim
vremenskim intervalima čistiti i
podmazivati sve pokretne dijelove.
