MONTAGGIO BARRA E CATENA FITTING THE BAR AND CHAIN MONTAGE GUIDE ET CHAINE
- Tirare la protezione (Fig. 1) verso l’impugnatura anteriore
per verificare che il freno catena non sia inserito.
- Togliere i dadi (A) e smontare il carter copricatena
(B, Fig. 2).
- Eliminare lo spessore in plastica inserito sui prigionieri
barra (C, Fig. 3).
- Portare il nottolino tendicatena (D) tutto verso il rocchetto
(E) agendo sulla vite tendicatena (L, Fig. 5).
- Inserire la barra (F, Fig. 3) sui prigionieri in modo che il
nottolino tendicatena (D) entri nell’apposito alloggiamento
(G).
- Montare la catena (H) dentro all’anello autoallineante
del rocchetto (E) ed alla guida della barra (M) (Fig. 4).Fare
attenzione al senso di rotazione della catena (Fig. 6).
- Montare il carter copricatena ed i relativi dadi senza
serrarli.
- Tendere la catena per mezzo della vite tendicatena
(L, Fig. 5).
- Serrare definitivamente i dadi di fissaggio del carter
copricatena tenendo sollevata la punta della barra (Fig. 7).
La coppia di serraggio è di 1,5 kgm (15 Nm). La catena
deve essere regolata in modo che sia ben tesa e possa
scorrere facilmente con la forza della mano (Fig. 8).
- La catena è regolata alla giusta tensione quando la si
può sollevare di qualche millimetro tirandola verso l’alto
(Fig. 8).
ATTENZIONE - Controllare più volte la tensione della
catena durante l’uso giornaliero della motosega.
Utilizzare sempre guanti protettivi.
- Pull the guard (Fig. 1) towards the front handle to check
that the chain brake is not on.
- Remove the bar nuts (A) and the chain cover (B, Fig. 2).
- Remove and discard the plastic shim from the bar studs
(C, Fig. 3).
- Bring the chain tensioning pin (D) fully towards the
sprocket (E) using the chain tensioning screw (L, Fig. 5).
- Place the bar (F, Fig. 3) onto the studs so that the chain
tensioning pin (D) fits into its seat (G).
- Fit the chain (H) inside the self-aligning ring of the sprocket
(E) and the bar groove (M) (Fig. 4).
Pay attention to the direction of rotation of the chain
(Fig. 6).
- Fit the chain cover and the relative nuts without tightening
them.
- Tension the chain by means of the tensioning screw
(L, Fig. 5).
- Hold the tip of the guide bar up and tighten the chain
cover nuts securely (Fig. 7). The tightening torque is 1,5
kgm (15 Nm). The chain should be taut but turn freely by
hand (Fig. 8).
- The chain is tensioned correctly when it can be pulled
upwards a few millimetres (Fig. 8).
WARNING - Check the chain tension frequently
when operating the chain saw. Always use
protective gloves.
- Tirez la protection (Fig.1) en direction de la poignée
antérieure pour vérifier que le frein de chaîne nest pas
enclenché.
- Otez les écrous (A) et démontez le carter de chaîne
(B, Fig.2).
- Eliminez l’épaisseur en plastique calée sur les prisonniers
du guide (C, Fig.3).
- Amenez le cliquet tendeur de chaîne (D) complètement
vers le pignon (E) par l’intermédiaire de la vis de tension
de la chaîne (L, Fig. 5).
- Placez le guide (F, Fig. 3) sur les prisonniers de manière que
le cliquet tendeur de chaîne (D) entre dans l’emplacement
prévu à cet effet (G).
- Montez la chaîne (H) dans l’anneau d’auto-alignement du
pignon (E) et à la rainure du guide (M) (Fig.4).
Faites attention au sens de rotation de la chaîne (Fig.6).
- Montez le carter protège-chaîne et les écrous
correspondants sans les serrer.
- Tendez la chaîne à l’aide de la vis de tension de la chaîne
(L, Fig.5).
- Serrez définitivement les écrous de fixation du carter
protège-chaîne en soulevant la pointe de guide (Fig.7).
Le couple de serrage de 1,5 kgm (15 Nm). La chaîne doit
être réglée, c’est à dire bien tendue et à même de glisser
facilement sous la pression de la main (Fig.8).
- La chaîne est correctement tendue lorsque vous pouvez la
soulever de quelques millimètres (Fig. 8).
ATTENTION - Contrôlez souvent la tension de la
chaîne pendant l’utilisation de la tronçonneuse.
Utilisez toujours des gants de protection.
