MONTAGGIO BARRA E CATENA
- Tirare la protezione (Fig. 1) verso l’impugnatura
anteriore per verificare che il freno catena non sia
inserito.
- Togliere i dadi (A) e smontare il carter copricatena
(B, Fig. 2).
- Eliminare lo spessore in plastica inserito sui
prigionieri barra (C, Fig. 3).
- Portare il nottolino tendicatena (D, Fig. 3) a
finecorsa, svitando tutta la vite tendicatena (L).
- Inserire la barra (F, Fig. 3) sui prigionieri (N).
- Montare la catena (H, Fig. 4) dentro al rocchetto (E)
ed alla guida della barra (M). Fare attenzione al
senso di rotazione della catena (Fig. 6).
- Appoggiare il carter copricatena, inserendolo
nell’apposito alloggiamento e, tenendolo premuto
contro la barra, avvitare la vite tendicatena (L, Fig.
5), affinché il nottolino (D, Fig. 3) entri nel foro (G)
della barra.
- Montare il carter copricatena ed i relativi dadi senza
serrarli.
- Tendere la catena per mezzo della vite tendicatena
(L,Fig.5).
- Serrare definitivamente i dadi di fissaggio del carter
copricatena tenendo sollevata la punta della barra
(Fig. 7).La catena deve essere regolata in modo che
sia ben tesa e possa scorrere facilmente con la
forza della mano (Fig. 8).
- La catena è regolata alla giusta tensione quando la
si può sollevare di qualche millimetro tirandola verso
l’alto (Fig. 8).

FITTING THE BAR AND CHAIN
- Pull the guard (Fig. 1) towards the front handle to
check that the chain brake is not on.
- Remove the bar nuts (A) and the chain cover (B,
Fig. 2).
- Remove and discard the plastic shim from the
bar studs (C, Fig. 3).
- Take the chain tightener pawl (D, Fig. 3) to the
limit stop, by unscrewing all the chain tightener
screw (L).
- Place the bar (F, Fig. 3) onto the studs (N).
- Fit the chain (H, Fig. 4) inside the sprocket (E)
and the bar groove (M). Pay attention to the
direction of rotation of the chain (Fig. 6).
- Put down the chain cover, inserting it into its
housing and, keeping it pressed against the bar,
screw on the chain tightener screw (L, Fig. 5) so
that the pawl (D, Fig. 3) goes into the hole (G) of
the bar.
- Fit the chain cover and the relative nuts without
tightening them.
- Tension the chain by means of the tensioning
screw(L,Fig.5).
- Hold the tip of the guide bar up and tighten the
chain cover nuts securely (Fig. 7). The chain
should be taut but turn freely by hand (Fig. 8).
- The chain is tensioned correctly when it can be
pulled upwards a few millimetres (Fig. 8).

place et, en le tenant bien appu contre la barre,
vissez la vis du tendeur de cha

que l'encliquetage (D, Fig. 3) entre dans le trou (G)
de la barre.
- Montez le carter protège-cha

ne et les écrous
correspondants sans les serrer.
- Tendez la cha
î
ne à l’aide de la vis de tension de la
cha
î
ne (L, Fig.5).
- Serrez définitivement les écrous de fixation du
carter protège-cha
î
ne en soulevant la pointe de
guide (Fig.7). La cha
î
ne doit être réglée, c’est à dire
bien tendue et à même de glisser facilement sous la
pression de la main (Fig.8).

ne est correctement tendue lorsque vous
pouvez la soulever de quelques millimètres (Fig. 8).
ATTENTION - Contrôlez souvent la tension de la
chaîne pendant l’utilisation de la tronçonneuse.
