stuur kwijt zou kunnen raken.
Op een helling moet u altijd snelheid min-
deren voordat u van richting verandert, en de machine altijd op
de handrem zetten voordat u de machine onbeheerd achter-
laat.
Op een helling moet de machine voorzich-
tig op gang worden gebracht om de kans op steigeren en oms-
laan te voorkomen.
Rijd nooit een helling af met de ver-
snelling of de koppeling in de vrije stand! Schakel altijd een
lage versnelling in voordat u de machine onbeheerd achter-
laat.
Bij het afdalen van hellingen moet de snelheidsregelaar op stand
«N» staan (om gebruik te maken van het remeffect van de hydro-
statische aandrijving) en minder snelheid met de rempedaal als dat
nodig is.
Zet de machine nooit in zijn achteruit
om snelheid te minderen bij het hellingafwaarts gaan (voo-
ral niet op glad terrein); dit kan u de controle over de machi-
ne doen verliezen.
5.3.5 De grasopvangbak legen
Dit mag u alleen doen als het mes uitgescha-
keld is. Als dit niet het geval is dan zal de motor afslaan.

Als de opvangbak vol is dan wordt dit door een geluidssignaal ge-
meld; STOP MET RIJDEN om te voorkomen dat het windkanaal ver-
stopt raakt. Door het mes uit te schakelen wordt het geluidssignaal
onderbroken.
Leeg de opvangbak. Til hem op door hem, bij de speciale handgreep,
vast te pakken.
Het kan gebeuren dat het geluidssignaal,
nadat u de bak geleegd heeft, weer afgegeven wordt op het
moment dat u het mes inschakelt. Dit is te wijten aan gras dat op
de voeler van de signaleringsmicroschakelaar achtergebleven is; in
dit geval hoeft u slechts het achtergebleven gras te verwijderen of
het mes uit te schakelen en meteen weer in te schakelen om het op
te laten houden.
5.3.6 Schoonmaken van het
windkanaal
Als u hoog en vochtig gras maait
met een te hoge snelheid bestaat de
kans dat het windkanaal verstopt
raakt.
In dit geval dient u:
– te stoppen en het mes en de
motor uit te schakelen;
– de opvangbak of de steenbe-
schermkap te verwijderen;
– het opgehoopte gras te verwijde-
ren via de uitgang van het wind-
kanaal.
Deze handelingen dienen altijd te gebeu-
ren met de motor uit.

  • Hi I have an EFCO EF72 C 12.5 Hp that stalls when I engage the blade. I am sitting on the mower in neutral.
    The machine travels forward and reverse fine. I have tried engaging the blades travelling forward and it stalls.

    The machine stalls when I engage the blades.
    I am sitting on the machine in neutral .
    The machine travels backwards and forwards but stalls when the blades are engaged.
    What could be the reason.
    I can't find a repair manual to see what maybe the problem
    I really would appreciate some help

    • Hope you sorted this out.. I had a similar problem a while back and it turned out to be the fuel filter. I changed this out as pert of the engine service and everything run fine after that Answered on 10-5-2020 at 13:16
