12. VERSNELLINGSPOOK
Deze pook heeft zeven standen die overeenstemmen met vijf ver-
snellingen vooruit, de stand om de versnelling in zijn vrij te zetten
«N» en de achteruitrijversnelling «R». Om van de ene versnelling
naar de andere te schakelen moet u het pedaal (11) half intrappen
en de pook overeenkomstig de gegevens die op het plaatje staan
in de gewenste versnelling zetten.
Het inschakelen van de achteruitrijver-
snelling dient bij stilstand te gebeuren.

REMPEDAAL
Bij modellen met hydrostatische aandrijving fungeert dit pedaal
alleen als achterrem.
22. HENDEL VAN DE SNELHEIDSREGELAAR
Deze hendel schakelt de aandrijving van de wielen in en regelt de
snelheid van de machine, zowel bij het vooruit als bij het achteruit
rijden.
Bij het vooruit rijden versnelt de machine geleidelijk aan door de
hendel richting «F» te schuiven; om de machine in zijn achteruit te
zetten moet de hendel richting «R» worden geschoven. De machi-
ne keert automatisch terug naar de vrije stand «N» wanneer het
rempedaal (21) wordt ingedrukt. Wanneer er niet geremd wordt
kan de machine handmatig in de vrije stand worden gezet.
De hendel wordt in de vrije stand «N»
geblokkeerd wanneer de handrem (3) wordt aangetrokken en
blijft geblokkeerd zolang de machine op de handrem staat of het
rempedaal is ingetrapt.

23.
KOPPELINGSHENDEL VAN DE HYDROSTATISCHE
OVERBRENGING
Deze hendel heeft twee standen die door een plaatje zijn aangege-
ven:
Stand «A» = Aandrijving vergrendeld: voor alle gebruikscondities,
tijdens het rijden en het maaien;
Stand «B» = Aandrijving ontgrendeld: een aanzienlijke verminde-
ring van de inspanning die nodig is om de machine,
met de motor uit, op eigen kracht te verplaatsen.
Teneinde te voorkomen dat de aandrijfunit
beschadigd wordt, mag deze operatie alleen worden uitgevoerd
met een stilstaande motor, met de hendel (22) in de stand «N».

  • Hi I have an EFCO EF72 C 12.5 Hp that stalls when I engage the blade. I am sitting on the mower in neutral.
    The machine travels forward and reverse fine. I have tried engaging the blades travelling forward and it stalls.

    The machine stalls when I engage the blades.
    I am sitting on the machine in neutral .
    The machine travels backwards and forwards but stalls when the blades are engaged.
    What could be the reason.
    I can't find a repair manual to see what maybe the problem
    I really would appreciate some help

    • Hope you sorted this out.. I had a similar problem a while back and it turned out to be the fuel filter. I changed this out as pert of the engine service and everything run fine after that Answered on 10-5-2020 at 13:16
