210 mm height). When folding, make sure you keep the good

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

 Please read these instructions carefully before using the appliance.

 Only use the appliance in the way indicated in this instruction manual.

 Should you hand over the appliance to another user, make sure to hand over the

instruction manual together with the appliance.

 Check that your mains voltage corresponds to that stated on the rating

plate of the appliance before using the appliance.

 Never leave the appliance unsupervised when in use.

 People (including children) who are not able to use the appliance in a

safe way, due to their physical, sensorial or mental capacity or their lack

of experience or knowledge, must never use the appliance without

supervision or instructions of a responsible person.

 Close supervision is necessary if children are near the appliance in order to avoid that they

use it as a toy.

 From time to time check the appliance and its cord for damages. Never use the

appliance if cord or appliance shows any signs of damage. In that case, all repairs should

be made by a competent qualified electrician(*). Never use the appliance if it shows

visible damage.

 Only use the appliance for domestic purposes and in the way indicated in these

instructions.

 Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid for any reason whatsoever.

Never place it into the dishwasher.

 Never use the appliance near hot surfaces. Do not stand the appliance on hot surfaces

(eg cooker) or near a flame.

 Unplug the appliance before cleaning it.

 Never use the appliance outside and always place it in a dry environment.

 Never use accessories that are not recommended by the producer. They could constitute

a danger to the user and risk to damage the appliance.

 Never move the appliance by pulling the cord. Make sure the cord cannot get caught in

any way. Do not wind the cord around the appliance and do not bend it.

 Put the appliance on a table or other flat surface in horizontal position.

 Let the appliance cool down before cleaning or storing it.

 Make sure the cord does not come into contact with the hot parts of the appliance.

 The temperature of the accessible surfaces, such as the door of the oven, may be very

high when the appliance is in use. Never touch those surfaces during use nor before the

appliance has totally cooled down, and only use the handle. Should the symbol be

indicated on a certain surface, you need to be careful when handling the product. This

symbol means CAUTION, this surface may get very hot during use.

 Make sure the appliance never comes into contact with inflammable materials, such as

curtains, cloth, etc…when it is in use, as a fire might occur.

 Be careful not to scratch the special coating of the cooking plate, as it would lose its non-

stick feature. Use a classical wooden spatula or a heat resistant plastic one.
