Ψήστε ώσπου να σχηµατιστεί ένας χρυσός πολτός, γύρω στα 5 έως 6 λεπτά. Όταν οι γκόφρες
είναι έτοιµες, αφαιρέστε τις µε µια ξύλινη ή µε µια ανθεκτική στη θερµότητα σπάτουλα. Μην
χρησιµοποιείτε ποτέ αιχµηρά αντικείµενα, επειδή αυτά µπορούν να προξενήσουν βλάβη στο
µόνιµο επίχρισµα των πλακών για το ψήσιµο.
Όταν τελειώσετε το ψήσιµο, βγάλτε το καλώδιο από την πρίζα και αφήστε τα πλέγµατα ανοιχτά
για να κρυώσουν.
