SERVIÇO DE ASSISTÊNCIA
SERVICE APRES-VENTE
TECHNISCHER KUNDENDIENST
Bevor Sie den technischen Kundendienst anrufen:
- Prüfen Sie, ob Sie die Störung anhand der oben aufgeführten Fragen alleine
beheben können(Kapitel “Funktionsstörungen”).
- Schalten Sie das Gerät erneut ein, um festzustellen, ob der Defekt behoben
wurde. Ist das Ergebnis negativ, dann schalten Sie das Gerät wieder aus
und wiederholen Sie den Vorgang noch einmal nach einer Stunde.
Wenn das Gerät nicht richtig oder gar nicht funktioniert, überprüfen Sie
in Ihrem Interesse noch einmal, bevor Sie den technischen Kundendienst
rufen, ob:
- der Stecker richtig in der Steckdose sitzt;
- die elektrische Leitung unter Spannung steht;
- die Temperatur korrekt eingestellt ist;
- die Türen perfekt schließen;
- die Speisespannung mit der des Geräts (± 6%) übereinstimmt;
- wenn das Resultat wieder negativ ausfällt, kontaktieren Sie bitte den
Kundendienst.
Geben Sie an:
- Die Art der Störung
- Das Modell
- Die Seriennummer
Antes de contactar o Serviço de Assistência:
- Verifi que se é possível eliminar sozinho a avaria (consulte “Guia para
Pesquisa de Avarias”).
- Ligue de novo o aparelho para se certifi car de que o inconveniente foi
eliminado. Em caso negativo, desligue de novo o aparelho e repita a
operação uma hora mais tarde.
Se o aparelho não funcionar bem ou não funcionar mesmo, antes de pedir
a intervenção de um técnico verifi que, para seu interesse, se:
- A fi cha está bem adaptada na tomada de corrente;
- Há tensão na linha eléctrica;
- A temperatura está bem regulada;
- As portas fecham perfeitamente;
- A tensão de alimentação corresponde à do aparelho (± 6%).
- Se o resultado continuar a ser negativo contacte, então, o Serviço de
Assistência.
Comunique:
- Qual o tipo de avaria
- O modelo do aparelho
- O número de série
Avant de contacter le Service Après-Vente :
- Vérifi er s’il est possible d’éliminer la panne (Voir “PANNES ET REME-
DES”)
- Remettre l’appareil en marche pour vérifi er que le problème a bien été
éliminé. Dans le cas contraire, débrancher à nouveau l’appareil et répéter
l’opération une heure après.
Si l’appareil ne fonctionne pas bien ou pas du tout, avant même d’appeler
un technicien pour une intervention et dans votre intérêt, n’oubliez pas de
contrôler que :
- La fi che est bien branchée à la prise de courant ;
- Il y a du courant sur le réseau électrique ;
- La température est programmée correctement ;
- Les portes ferment de façon parfaite ;
- La tension électrique correspond à celle de l’appareil (± 6%).
- Si l’appareil ne fonctionne toujours pas, contacter le Service Après-
Vente.
N’oubliez pas de communiquer :
- le type de panne
- le modèle
- le numéro de matricule.
SERVICIO DE ASISTENCIA TÉCNICA
Antes de ponerse en contacto con el Servicio de Asistencia:
- Compruebe si puede eliminar usted mismo las averías (ver capítulo “Guía
para la búsqueda de averías”).
- Ponga de nuevo en marcha el aparato para comprobar que el inconveniente
ha sido eliminado. Si el resultado es negativo, desconecte el aparato y
repita la operación nuevamente después de una hora.
Si el aparato no funciona bien o no funciona para nada, antes de pedir la
intervención de un técnico, por su mismo interés, controle que:
- El enchufe esté bien conectado en la toma de corriente;
- Que haya tensión en la línea eléctrica;
- La temperatura esté implementada correctamente;
- Los cierres de las puertas estén perfectos;
- La tensión de alimentación corresponda a aquélla del aparato (+/- 6 %);
- Si el resultado sigue siendo negativo, llame el Servicio de Asistencia.
Comunicar:
- El tipo de avería,
- El modelo.
- El número de matrícula.
KLANTENSERVICE
Voordat u contact opneemt met de klantenservice:
- Ga na of u de storingen niet zelf kunt verhelpen (zie “Opsporen van sto-
ringen”).
- Zet het apparaat opnieuw aan om te zien of het ongemak is verholpen.
Als dit niet het geval is, schakel het apparaat dan opnieuw uit en herhaal
de handeling na een uur.
Als het apparaat niet goed werkt of zelfs helemaal niet werkt, controleer
dan, in uw eigen belang, voordat u de hulp van een technicus inroept eerst
of:
- de stekker goed in het stopcontact is gestoken;
- er spanning op het elektriciteitsnet staat;
- de temperatuur correct is ingesteld;
- de deuren goed sluiten;
- de voedingsspanning overeenstemt met die van het apparaat (± 6%).
- Als ook dat niet helpt, wend u dan tot onze Klantenservice.
Vermeld de volgende gegevens:
- de aard van de storing
- het model
- het serienummer
