U kunt de PCR direct op een MIDI geluidsmodule aansluiten en gebruiken om de geluidsmodule af te spelen en bedienen.
Als u de PCR via USB op een computer aansluit, dient u een los verkrijgbare adapter (p. 92) te gebruiken. U kunt de juiste adapter bij uw leverancier aanschaffen.

1Gebruik een MIDI kabel om de MIDI OUT aansluiting van de PCR op de MIDI IN aansluiting van uw MIDI geluidsmodule aan te sluiten.
2Sluit de adapter op de DC IN jack aan.
3Zet de stroomschakelaar van de PCR op de ‘DC’ om het instrument aan te zetten.
Schakel tevens de stroomtoevoer op uw MIDI geluidsmodule in.
4Stel het huidige kanaal van de PCR zo in, dat dit met het MIDI ontvangstkanaal van uw MIDI geluidsmodule overeenstemt.
5Als u het keyboard bespeelt, brengt de MIDI geluidsmodule geluid voort.
