Montaggio Rivestimento CHIC
• Dotazione e utilizzo minuteria:
n° 2 viti M6x25
n° 2 viti M6x12
n° 4 distanziali in silicone per
ceramica top
n° 8 rondelle piane Ø 6
- le n° 2 viti M6x25 e n° 2 rondelle piane M6
sono da utilizzarsi per ssare il frontalino
superiore in ceramica. (22)
- le n° 2 viti M6x12 e n° 2 rondelle piane M6
sono da utilizzarsi per ssare il frontalino
inferiore in ceramica. (22)
- per i n° 4 distanziali e n° 4 rondelle procedere
come segue:
inserire i 4 distanziali per ceramica nei rispettivi
4 fori liberi del top in ghisa appoggiare il top in
ceramica per vericare la corretta planarità
ove necessario apporre una rondella tra distanziale
in silicone e top in ghisa una rondella piana, al
ne di portare il top in ceramica in piano con la
stufa.
• Montaggio componenti in ceramica
I componenti in ceramica vengono consegnati
in scatola di cartone e sono costituiti da:
n° 6 piastrelle per i anchi (54)
n° 2 frontalini (22)
n° 1 frontalini superiore (24)
n° 1 top (28)
Svitare il retro (54) e i due proli (74) inserire le piastrelle (57) sul lato destro.
Le caratteristiche piastrelle, realizzate a colaggio, potrebbero risultare leggermente differenti in altezza l’una dall’altra.
Per ovviare all’eventuale variazione di altezza, è possibile interporre i gommini in dotazione che non pregiudicano in alcun modo

Ripetere la stessa operazione sul lato sinistro.
Inserire negli appositi incastri, nella griglia frontale, il frontalino posteriore (24) quindi posizionare il frontalino anteriore (22)
incastrandolo nella vaschetta umidicatrice e siliconandolo.

NOTA: lo smalto rosso con cristallina, applicato sulla maiolica, cavilla uniformemente (screpolature) su tutta la supercie.
Questa cavillatura non è un difetto ma una caratteristica, denominata “craclè”, dello smalto applicato su maiolica.
I particolari di ceramica, (maiolica) sono colati e smaltati manualmente e possono presentare piccole imperfezioni che non ne
pregiudicano la loro qualità (piccoli avvallamenti o porosità dello smalto) e che invece ne testimoniano la preziosa esecuzione
artigianale.
