De kachel wordt compleet gemonteerd geleverd. Indient het echter nodig is de bekleding te demonteren, dient u onderstaande
stappen te volgen:
-
miek (32).
Maak vervolgens de zijelementen in serpentijnsteen (77-78-79) los, en indien nodig, ook de twee aluminium proelen (83) die in
de assen van de basisstructuur zijn ingepast.
Maak het voorste frontelement (24) los uit de groeven in de structuur van het rooster.
Om het onderste frontelement vooraan (22) te verwijderen, dient u de twee schroeven los te draaien.
Zie detailtekening “X”.
Om te hermonteren, volgt u de omgekeerde werkwijze.
Montage bekleding VANITY
• Levering en kleine stukken:
4 schroeven M6x12
4 verbindingsstukken in silicone voor de
bovenste keramische elementen
8 platte ringen Ø 6
- Gebruik de 2 schroeven M6x12 en de 2
platte ringen M6 om het bovenste ste
nen frontelement te bevestigen.
- Gebruik de 2 schroeven M6x12 en de 2
platte ringen M6 om het onderste
stenen frontelement te bevestigen.
- Volg onderstaande stappen voor de 4
verbindingsstukken en de 4 ringen:
• voer de 4 verbindingsstukken voor
steen in de vrije openingen in de
gietijzeren bovenkant,
• druk het stenen bovenstuk aan om te
controleren of het element volledig vlak
ligt,
• plaats indien nodig een platte ring tus-
sen het verbindingsstuk en het gietijzeren
bovenstuk om de keramische bovenkant
gelijk met de kachel te plaatsen.
