TOEVOEGEN VAN HARS
Normaal gezien gaat het harsbed (fig. 20) even lang mee als de ontharder zelf. Toch kan het in bepaalde omstandigheden nodig zijn de
harskolom gedeeltelijk of volledig te vervangen. Dit is met name het geval wanneer:
1. de onderste en/of de bovenste verdeler beschadigd is/zijn en een deel van het hars is ontsnapt;
2. het harsbed is vervuild door ijzer en niet meer kan worden behandeld en opnieuw gebruikt;
3. bepaalde types water het hars aantasten.
Om hars toe te voegen of te vervangen, volgt u de volgende instructies
Een specifieke hoeveelheid hars uitgedrukt in liter wordt in elk toestel in de fabriek
gegoten; deze hoeveelheid wordt bepaald door het model en niet door een exact na
te leven vrije hoogte.
BELANGRIJKE OPMERKINGEN:
Stop de watertoevoer en laat de druk vrij... (zie hieronder)
Behandel de harstank voorzichtig. Ze is zwaar wanneer ze is gevuld met hars en
water.
Zorg ervoor dat de o-ringen en andere kleine stukken niet verloren gaan.
Volg de montage-instructies op bladzijde 8 en de stappen 1, 11, 13, 14 en 17 van
de installatie om het toestel opnieuw te monteren en op te starten.
OPGELET: Haal STEEDS de druk van het water in de ontharder alvorens de
stukken van het ventiel of de harstank te verwijderen
. Ga hiervoor als volgt te
werk:
DRUK VERWIJDEREN
1. Plaats de driewegkraan in de positie bypass.
2. Voer stap 1 van de procedure "Manuele voortgang", bladzijde
29 uit (het opvullen met water van het zoutvat zal de druk in de
harstank doen vrijkomen).
ONDER DRUK ZETTEN
1. Plaats de driewegkraan in de positie Dienst.
2. Voer de stappen 2-5 op bladzijde 29-30 uit om het toestel in
de positie "ontharding" te zetten.
