5.2.2. Método 2.

Atar un cable, cordón o alambre (longitud >800mm) a cada cilindro. Izar el cilindro hasta que se libere del

posicionador, girarlo 90° y ayudándonos del elemento con el que lo hayamos asegurado, bajar el cilindro

hasta que haga tope. Repetir operación con todos los cilindros del intercambiador (14 ud.). Desatornillar y

retirar el posicionador, teniendo en cuenta que el elemento atado al cilindro continúe siendo accesible.

Retirar uno a uno los 14 cilindros. Repetir operación con los 14 helicoides y retirar posicionador de los

helicoides.

Con el sistema de turbuladores desmontado, limpiaremos los elementos del sistema y los pasos de humos

del intercambiador. Finalizada la limpieza, volver a montar el sistema.

5.3. Hogar.

Limpiar las paredes de la cámara de combustión. Limpiar también el cestillo de combustión (ver puntos 5.14

y 5.15).
