IMPORTANTE: Si la caldera funciona saturada de ceniza o residuos puede llegar a deformar el cestillo, parrilla,
cajón cenicero e incluso el hogar provocando así un funcionamiento defectuoso y una posible avería.
MANTENIMIENTO FIN DE TEMPORADA O CADA 500 KG DE COMBUSTIBLE.
Es necesario para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento, consumo de combustible y prolongar la vida del
aparato. En cuanto finalice la temporada invernal contacte con su distribuidor (si este todavía no lo ha hecho con
usted) y concierte cita para realizar dicho mantenimiento; en él se deberán llevar a cabo los siguientes trabajos
(siempre con la caldera desenchufada de la red eléctrica):
5.4. Revisión de los puntos de mantenimiento diario y semanal.
5.5. Limpieza del intercambiador de calor y del registro de limpieza. ¡PRECAUCIÓN!, DEBEMOS DESENCHUFAR LA
CALDERA ANTES DE REALIZAR ESTA OPERACIÓN (muy importante).
Es posible acceder a los tubos intercambiadores, tanto por el frontal de la caldera cómo por la parte superior.
Para acceder por el frontal, abrir la puerta del forro tirando en el caso de la Cantina Nova o pulsando sobre
ella para la Aveiro, si se trata de una caldera Super Insert, debemos retirar la puerta superior derecha del
embellecedor (fijada con 3 tornillos al lateral derecho y 2 al marco central). Abierta la puerta del forro, aflojar
las tuercas que fijan la tapa frontal limpieza del intercambiador y retirarla, al igual que la placa aislante del
intercambiador.
