Wenn das Gerät zum ersten Mal mit dem Internet verbunden wird, kann es nach Durchführung des unter Punkt
5.9.2. beschriebenen Prozesses bis zu 15 Minuten dauern, bis die Verknüpfungen angezeigt werden.
5.9.4. STÖRUNGEN
Nicht erfolgreich:
• Überprüfen, dass eine gute WLAN-Abdeckung zwischen dem Gerät und dem Router der Installation
besteht.
• Name und Passwort des WLAN-Netzes der Wohnstätte überprüfen. Leerstellen oder Sonderzeichen
vermeiden (/[()¿?{}ºª<>$^¨ "&'#\=/.,;!¡*:]/, etc.). Ggf., Name und/oder Passwort des WLAN-Netzes der
Wohnstätte ändern.
• Sicherheitstyp des WLAN-Netzes prüfen. Unterstützt werden nur: WPA / WPA2. Wenden Sie sich ggf.
an Ihren Internetanbieter, um den Sicherheitstyp zu ändern.
• Wenn es in der Installation Signalverstärker gibt, müssen diese den Namen und das Passwort des
Hauptrouters übernehmen.
• Es wird empfohlen, dass der Router in einem niedrigen Sendekanal (1-5) sendet.
• Eine Verbindung zu 5GHz-WLAN-Netzen ist nicht möglich, nur zu 2,4GHz-Netzen.
Nach der Meldung ‚Erfolgreich’ und korrektem Speichern, kann weder im Lokal-Modus noch im Remote-Modus
auf das Gerät zugegriffen werden.
