IMPORTANT
: If the stove is operating while full of ash or residues, that might stretch the burn pot and its
support, the ash box and even the burn pot, being the cause of bad operation or possible breakdown.
MAINTENANCE AT END OF SEASON OR EVERY 500 KG OF FUEL.
This is necessary to ensure correct operation and maintain the stove’s life duration. When winter ends,
contact your provider (if he did not contact you) and meet to carry out this maintenance; the following shall be done
(the stove must always be disconnected from power):
5.4. Review of the daily and weekly cleaning outlets.
5.5. Cleaning outlets. The cleaning outlet lids are marked in red.
The Paris and London models has 5 cleaning hatches, which are accessible on the front of the stove (3
hatches), by removing the grate, as in drawing 21. The London model has the same registers as the Paris
model, but to access the fronts the complete burning pot must be removed. The 2 remaining hatches are in
the convection chamber, which is accessed by opening the corresponding side door and removing the
convection chamber plate as shown in drawing 22.
To access the cleaning registers for the Córdoba, Granada and Teide models, we must also unblock the
guides to reach the cleaning registries. To do this, we must remove the housing door disassembling this from
its hinges, and later lowing until the door comes free from the lower bolt. With the door removed, we will
now have access to the guides (drawing 24). Warning! Please handle the door carefully to avoid any
blemishes on the glass ceramic hob.
There are outlets in both sides of the stoves, and a larger one on the front of stoves (drawing 25). In
drawings are only represented these ones of the right side.
Model Praga (drawing 26): to remove the side covers, it is necessary to loosen and remove 4 screws, 2 in the
back, 1 below the hopper lid and 1 in the lower part, behind the hearth door.
The Tokio, Córdoba, Teide, Granada and Praga models have also 4 inspection covers in the stove’s hearth.
See drawing 27 (Tokio).
Drawings 28 and 29 correspond to model Tokio.
Models ECO III and ECO III insert have 3 cleaning outlets. One is located right at the front and is accessible
when removing the lower trim cover (drawing 30) and then there is one on each side. To access the lateral
outlets (drawings 30 and 31) of model ECO III, the user must open the side doors and remove the right-hand
column, which only has an aesthetic purpose. The outlets in model ECO III insert are the same.
The Bolonia model has 2 cleaning windows, one on the right side and the other in the back (figure 32).
Once we have access to these outlets, we have to clean them thoroughly (using the wire brush that was
supplied together with the stove and a vacuum cleaner). The proper functioning of the stove will depend on
its cleaning.
