2. Descripción general
2.1. Bomba de calor
Las bombas de calor están compuestas por tres circuitos principales: captación, refrigerante y producción. Mediante estos circuitos
se transporta energía térmica entre la fuente de captación y los diferentes puntos de consumo (ACS, calefacción, etc.). La
transferencia de energía de un circuito a otro se realiza mediante intercambiadores de calor, donde el fluido a mayor temperatura
cede calor al fluido a menor temperatura sin mezclarse. La temperatura del circuito de captación es inferior a la requerida para la
producción. Por tanto, para transferir la energía entre ambos circuitos el refrigerante realiza un ciclo termodinámico en el que se
evapora, a baja presión y temperatura; y se condensa, a alta presión y temperatura, de forma sucesiva. Para realizar este proceso, el
compresor consume una pequeña cantidad de energía eléctrica en comparación a la energía térmica suministrada. En bombas de
calor geotérmica la fuente de captación se obtiene del terreno, mientras que en las aerotérmicas se obtiene del aire exterior.
