É possível aceder aos tubos permutadores, tanto pela parte da frente da caldeira como pela parte superior.
Para aceder pela parte da frente, abrir a porta do forro puxando no caso da Cantina Nova ou pressionando-a
para a Aveiro, se se tratar de uma caldeira Super Insert, devemos retirar a porta superior direita do
embelezador (fixada com 3 parafusos à lateral direita e 2 ao sistema central). Depois de abrir a porta do forro,
desapertar as porcas que fixam a tampa frontal para limpeza do permutador e retirá-la, tal como a placa
isolante do permutador.
Para aceder ao registo de limpeza e aos permutadores desde a parte superior, retirar a tampa do permutador
além de retirar a caldeira do encastre no caso de uma caldeira Super Insert, rodar a alavanca da porta do
permutador no sentido contrário aos ponteiros do relógio, até ficar paralela com a borda da porta do
permutador e abrir como mostrado na figura 18 e 19.
Depois de termos acesso aos tubos permutadores, limpar os restos de cinza acumulada entre os tubos e as
câmaras interiores, com a escova de limpeza enviada com a caldeira e aplicar o líquido intertrocador (ver
imagem) segundo as indicações mostradas na parte de trás da embalagem.
Para varrer o registo de limpeza, usar a escova de limpeza e um aspirador.
Finalizada a limpeza, voltar a fechar os acessos aos tubos permutadores e ao registo de limpeza.
