9.8.2 TWEE CD+100-KETELS MET TWEE EWD500 TANKS

Ketelaansluitingen, codering:

Nummer de ketels zoals in de figuur te zien is: ketel-1 is de ketel die zich het verst van de tank(s) bevindt.

Codeer de aansluitingen direct op de ketels D1, zie figuur.

Codeer de horizontale verbindingen:

- voor de aanvoer vanaf ketel-1: D1 t/m D (= in dit voorbeeld alleen D1 en D), zie figuur.

- voor de retour vanaf ketel-laatst (= ketel-2): D1 t/m D (idem), zie figuur.

Leidingmaten ketelzijdig:

Uit tabellen A, B en C, CD+100:

- Alle leidingen D1 in de figuur dienen 421,4 [mmmm] te zijn (tabel A)

- De leidingen D dienen 541,5 [mmmm] te zijn (tabel C)

Tankaansluitingen:

Uit tabel D, 2e blok (CD+100): voor 2 tanks is DT = 421,4 [mmmm].

Voor dit systeem dienen dus leidingen van minimaal 421,4 [mmmm] te worden toegepast voor alle directe

aansluitingen op ketels en tanks, en verbindingsleidingen van minimaal 671,9 [mmmm].

Uit tabel E:

Het maximale totaal van aanvoer- en retourleidingen bij 541,5 [mmmm] is 17,3 m.

Wanneer dus 541,5 [mmmm] wordt toegepast mag de afstand tussen ketel en tank maximaal de helft hiervan

zijn: ca. 8 m. Bij gebruik van bochtjes en/of kranen wordt dit minder dan 8 m. Gebruik hiervoor tabel E.
