7.4 Het luchtinlaat- en rookgasafvoersysteem.
De maximaal toegestane druk voor het inlaat- en afvoersysteem is 200 Pa voor de CD-80 t/m CD-180.
N.B.!
Installeer de horizontale delen van het rookgasafvoersysteem altijd met een helling van 3° aflopend in de
richting van de ketel (overeenkomend met 5 centimeter voor elke lineaire meter). Indien dit niet wordt
toegepast, is het mogelijk dat het condensaat zich ophoopt in het rookgaskanaal en uiteindelijk een storing
en/of uitval van de ketel geeft.
7.5 De invloed van de afvoer op de
belasting.
In nevenstaand diagram wordt de verhouding
weergegeven tussen de maximale belasting en
de weerstand van de toe- en afvoerleidingen.
De weerstand en wijziging van de belasting
hebben uitsluitend invloed op de maximale
belasting en niet op de minimale belasting.
Nooit het maximum van 200 Pa
overschrijden.
7.5.1 Voorbeeldberekening
Ketel type: CD-100
Luchttoevoerpijp: diameter 100 mm;
horizontale lengte: 5 m; verticaal 15 m;
2x bocht 90°
Rookgasafvoerpijp: diameter 100 mm;
horizontale lengte: 5 m; verticaal 15 m;
2x bocht 90°
Concentrische dakdoorvoer: 150/100 mm.
(Voor leidingweerstanden zie tabel op pag. 22).
Resultaat:
Luchttoevoer: Weerstand:
Bocht 90°: 2 st. 2 x 3,5 = 7 Pa
Rechte pijp: 20 m. 20 x 3,5 = 70 Pa
Rookgasafvoer
Bocht 90° : 2 st. 2 x 4 = 8 Pa
Rechte pijp: 20 m. 20 x 4 = 80 Pa
Dakdoorvoer 14 Pa
Totaal 179 Pa
Totale weerstand is 179 Pa; dit is minder dan 200 Pa. De installatie is dus functioneel.
