10. Ophangen van de ketels aan het frame
1. Controleer of het frame zowel horizontaal als verticaal waterpas staat voordat u de ketels aan het frame hangt.
Verdraai om bij te stellen indien nodig de bouten aan de onderzijde van het frame (Zie figuur 101).
2. Hang de ketels aan het frame.
3. Breng de ketels in lijn met de L-Staanders zodanig dat er exact 50mm ruimte tussen de ketels onderling.
4. Borg de ketels met de borgbeugel aan de ophangbeugel zodat ze niet van het frame kunnen vallen. (zie
tekening).
5. Zorg dat de ketel goed gepositioneerd is (bijna waterpas).
De ketels moeten iets achterover hangen (1º +/- 0.5º). Stel dit indien nodig af met de
bouten op de achterzijde van de ketel (Figuur 10.1). Mochten de afstelbouten te kort
zijn dan moeten er opvulplaatjes gebruikt worden om de juiste positie te verkrijgen.
Attentie! : De ketel mag in de gemonteerde positie NOOIT voorover hangen.
6. Monteer vervolgens de hydraulische verdelers en aansluitgroepen. Zie hoofdstuk 11.
