Lubrification du carter d'engrenage

Pour réaliser cette opération, commencer par enlever le carter

d'engrenage du tube extérieur comme suit :

1. Dévisser le boulon de serrage du carter d'engrenage.

2. Enlever le boulon du carter d'engrenage.

3. Faire glisser le carter d'engrenage hors du tube. À l'aide d'un

pistolet à graisse, injecter de la graisse à base d'urée (envi-

ron 10 grammes) dans le graisseur du carter d'engrenage.

4. Nettoyer les excédents de graisse puis remonter le carter

d'engrenage sur le tube extérieur. S'assurer que le boulon

s'insère dans le trou sur le tube extérieur. Serrer fermement

les deux boulons.

Nettoyage du silencieux

 Les dépôts de carbone présents dans le silencieux entraînent

une perte de puissance et la surchauffe du moteur. L'écran

pare-étincelles doit être contrôlé régulièrement. Enlever les

dépôts du silencieux.

ATTENTION

 Ne pas enlever les rondelles entretoises en « D » de la

bride du carter d'engrenage. La rondelle entretoise pro-

tège le tube contre un serrage trop fort du boulon de

serrage qui pourrait l'endommager.

AVERTISSEMENT

 Ne jamais utiliser l'appareil si le silencieux ou le pare-

étincelles sont endommagés ou manquants, au risque

de provoquer un incendie ou de dégrader l'ouïe de l'uti-

lisateur.

IMPORTANT

Ne pas déposer le couvercle du silencieux. Si nécessaire,

consulter votre concessionnaire.
