Storingen verhelpen
Wanneer het apparaat niet naar behoren functioneert, gelieve dan eerst na te gaan
of u een probleem zelf kunt verhelpen. Neem in andere gevallen contact op met de
klantenservice.
Probeer niet om een defect apparaat zelf te repareren!
Probleem Mogelijke oorzaak / oplossing
Het apparaat werkt
niet.
• Zit de netstekker goed in de contactdoos?
• Is de contactdoos defect? Probeer een andere contact-
doos.
• Controleer de zekering van uw netaansluiting.
• Is het snoer of de netstekker defect?
Er komt geen verf uit de
spuitkop.
• De spuitkop (8) of de luchtkap (9) is verstopt. Reinig deze
(zie hoofdstuk ‘Reinigen en onderhoud’).
• De hoeveelheid verf is niet juist afgesteld. Draai aan de
stelschroef (3), om de hoeveelheid verf te regelen.
• Het aanzuigbuisje voor de verf is verstopt. Controleer
hem en reinig hem eventueel zoals beschreven in het
hoofdstuk ‘Reinigen en onderhoud’.
• Het verfreservoir is niet correct op het spuitpistool
geschroefd.
• Het aanzuigbuisje voor de verf is niet correct gericht. (zie
hoofdstuk ‘Ingebruikneming’).
• De stelschroef (10) is te vast aangedraaid. Corrigeer de
positie.
• De vloeibaarheid van de verfsoort is te dik. Controleer de
viscositeit (zie hoofdstuk ‘Verfsoort voorbereiden’).
De verfsoort druppelt
uit de spuitkop.
• De stelschroef (10) is niet vast genoeg aangedraaid.
Corrigeer de positie.
• Verf hoopt zich op achter de spuitkop (8) / luchtkap (9).
Reinig de spuitkop (8) / luchtkap (9) en probeer het
nogmaals (zie hoofdstuk ‘Reinigen en onderhoud’).
• De vloeibaarheid van de verfsoort is te dun. Controleer
de viscositeit (zie hoofdstuk ‘Verfsoort voorbereiden’).
Er wordt teveel van de
verfsoort aangebracht.
• De hoeveelheid verf is niet juist afgesteld. Draai aan de
stelschroef (3), om de hoeveelheid verf te regelen.
• De vloeibaarheid van de verfsoort is te dun. Controleer
de viscositeit (zie hoofdstuk ‘Verfsoort voorbereiden’).
Er worden lopers
gevormd op het object,
dat u wilt verven.
• De hoeveelheid verf is niet juist afgesteld. Draai aan de
stelschroef (3), om de hoeveelheid verf te regelen.
• De vloeibaarheid van de verfsoort is te dun. Controleer
de viscositeit (zie hoofdstuk ‘Verfsoort voorbereiden’).
• Het spuitpistool is te dicht bij het oppervlak. Vergroot de
afstand.
