Checkbijeenfoutmeldingofdehandremisaangetrokken,hetcontactaanstaat,deaccuopspanning
is, de olie op peil is, er geen schade is aan de cilinders en loop de bekabeling na. Komt uit dit alles nog
geen oplossing voor het defect naar voren, dan zou het defect in de aandrijfonderdelen kunnen zitten.
Aangezien het aandrijfonderdeel geen herstelbare onderdelen heeft, beperkt het zoeken naar defecten
en de onderhoudswerken aan de elektrotechniek zich tot het verwisselen van de hierboven genoemde
componenten (zie ook pag. 15).
De foutmodus
• Alshetcontactslotnietaanstaatofdehandremernietopstaatdankandegeheleunitniet
aangeschakeld worden, tenzij de poten uit zijn en de handrem er af gehaald wordt, dan gaat de
‘park brake’ led knipperen en de buzzer gaat piepen. De unit is nu aan te schakelen met de aan/uit
toets.
• Alsbijhetintrekkenvandepotendepompenkelesecondenopoverdrukdraaitdanmoethet
intrekken stoppen (zowel hand als automaat) zo niet dan zelf het systeem uitschakelen (knop nr. 5).
• Erzaleentimerlopendieopteltalsdepomplooptenafteltalsdepompnietloopt.
Als deze timer een te grote waarde heeft zal de pomp stoppen met draaien om oververhitting te
voorkomen.
• Bijnormaleomstandighedenzijnalleledsuitenreageertdeunitalleenopde‘on/off’toets
(inschakelen).
