Achtung: Auch bei Verwendung des externen Adapters

sollten – als Reserve bei einem eventuellen Stromaus-

fall – immer vier UM3 Batterien im Batteriefach ein-

gelegt sein.

Das Gerät vor Feuchtigkeit schützen. Niemals auf eine

nasse Fläche stellen.

2. Verwendung

• Schaltet man das Gerät zum ersten Mal ein, sind Datum

und Uhrzeit auf Montag, 1. Januar 2001. 0:00 Uhr einge-

stellt.

• Voreinstellung für beide Weckfunktionen 0:00 Uhr,

täglich wecken, jedoch ausgeschaltet.

• Das Radio ist ausgeschaltet.

• Anschließender Wechsel auf Automatikbetrieb.

2.1 Automatikbetrieb (Kurzanleitung):

• Durch drücken der »MODE«-Taste können Sie (sowohl

bei aus- als auch bei eingeschaltetem Radio) die

verschiedenen Betriebsarten hintereinander aufrufen:

Uhrzeiteinstellung - Datumseinstellung - Einstellung

der Stadt für Lokal/Weltzeit -

• Bei ausgeschaltetem Radio können zusätzlich zur Zeit-

anzeige alternativ Datums- und Weltanzeige gewählt

werden. Einzelheiten siehe Abschnitt 2.13 ‘Alternative

Display-/ Anzeigenauswahl’

• Im Frequenzanzeigebetrieb werden Frequenzbereich und

Kanal des z.Zt. empfangenen Senders angezeigt.

• »AL. 1« drücken um Weckzeit 1 einzustellen oder zu

kontrollieren.

• »AL. 2« drücken um Weckzeit 2 einzustellen oder zu

kontrollieren.

• »SLEEP/RADIO ON« drücken, um manuell die Einschlaf-

automatik (Sleep-Timer) zu aktivieren und die verbleiben-

de Zeit einzustellen, bzw. einmal drücken um das Radio

EIN zu schalten

• »SNOOZE/RADIO OFF« drücken um die aktuelle Weckzeit

zu verschieben („Schlummerfunktion), oder um das Radio

AUS zu schalten (siehe auch Abschnitt 2.8).

• Bei eingeschaltetem Radio die jeweils doppelt belegten

Stationsspeichertasten drücken um die gespeicherten

Einstellungen abzurufen (siehe auch Abschnitt 2.9).
