Verbraucherinformationen

dwt-Zelte sind Hochleistungsprodukte. Gewisse

Materialeigenheiten, die als Mangel interpretiert wer-

den könnten, sind materialseitig bedingt und treten

trotz ausgereifter Produktions- und Verarbeitungs-

technik auf.

Über diesen Sachverhalt wollen wir Sie informieren

– die folgenden Eigenschaften sind kein Grund für

Reklamationen:

• Gewebe-Unregelmäßigkeiten wie z. B. Knötchen

bzw. Verdickungen müssen Sie nicht beunruhigen,

sie beeinträchtigen die Qualität und den Gebrauch

des Zelts in keiner Weise. Es handelt sich um Ferti-

gungstoleranzen, die nicht auszuschließen sind.

• Wetter- und Umwelteinﬂ üsse können im Laufe der

Zeit zu Farbabweichungen und -veränderungen

führen.

• Kondenswasser bildet sich bei schwankender

Außentemperatur und ist nicht auszuschließen.

• Bei der Konfektion unbeschichteter Materialien,

z. B. Leacryl können Knickfalten entstehen, die

besonders bei hellen Farben im Gegenlicht dunkel

wirken. Auch helle Streifen („Weißbruch“), lassen

sich bei der Verarbeitung kaum vermeiden.

• Lichtpunkte sind technisch unvermeidbare Gewe-

beunregelmäßigkeiten – die Wasserdichtigkeit wird

dadurch nicht beeinträchtigt.

• Reißverschlüsse sind Verschleißartikel, die ständiger

Beanspruchung ausgesetzt sind. Öffnen und schlie-

ßen Sie sie möglichst schonend. Überdehnungen

vermeiden Sie, wenn Sie die Enden über Kreuz

abspannen.

• Abspannzubehör, Sturmlaschen, Abspannhaken

und Ösen sind Verschleißartikel, die zum Teil sehr

starken Kräften unterliegen.

Wichtiger Hinweis:

Sollten Sie erst während des Aufbaus

feststellen, dass Sie die falsche Zeltgrö-

ße bestellt haben, müssen wir uns einen

Bearbeitungsabschlag vorbehalten. Dieser ist je

nach unserem Aufwand unterschiedlich.

dwt awnings are produced to the highest quality. Certain

material characteristics, which may be interpreted as de-

fects, are inherent to the materials and may occur, despite

the experienced production- and technical processes.

We want to inform you about these facts – the following

characteristics are no cause for complaint:

• Material irregularities like knots or thicker parts are

nothing to be worried about; they do not inﬂ uence the

quality and the use of the awning in any way. These are

just quality tolerances that can not be changed.

• Weather- and environmental inﬂ uences may, in the

course of time, lead to colour changes.

• Condensation is formed when larger outside tempera-

ture changes occur and can not be helped.

• With the manufacturing of non-coated materials, i.e. le-

acryl, creases may occur that look darker in bright light.

Also light stripes (“whitening”) are difﬁ cult to avoid.

• Light points are technically unavoidable material irregu-

larities – they do not inﬂ uence the water tightness.

• Zips are parts that are subject to wear and tear, expo-

sed to constant use. Please open and close them with

care. You can avoid too much tension by tensioning

the ends and sometimes to very heavy loads. Posed

depending on the amount of work involved.

Important:

If you ﬁ nd out that you have ordered a wrong

size we will charge extra service costs in case of

replacing the product. Each case will be rated

individually.
