Envoltorio
Ingredientes:
450g Carne Magra
150-200g Harina
1 cucharadita Especias
1
1 pizca
Nuez moscada
Pimienta roja molida
rociada Pimienta
Embutidos / Salchichas
Antes de empezar, por favor realice el montaje con los accesorios
según ilustra en (fig.11)
- Pique la carne tres veces y mezcle todos los ingredientes juntos en un bowl. Más
carne y menos harina para el envoltorio, logra mejor consistencia y sabor.
- Pique todos los ingredientes mezclados tres veces.
- Desarme la picadora siguiendo los pasos a en forma invertida para remover el disco y la
cuchilla de corte.
- Instale los accesorios para Kubbe como ilustra en (fig.8).
- Atornille la tuerca de ajuste hasta que quede bien ajustada (no ajuste en
forma excesiva) (fig.9) - realice el envoltorio en forma cilíndrica (fig.10).
- Forme el Kubbe como se muestra en la figura a continuación y luego
póngalo a freír
Limpieza
- Nunca limpie la unidad en el lavavajillas con
un fuerte o un limpiador alcalino con cloro. Esto
descoloreara las superficies.
- Remueva la carne, etc. Lave cada parte por
separado en agua jabonosa caliente.
- No sumerja el motor en el agua. Sólo limpie
con un paño húmedo.
- Anticoagulantes y la gasolina se agrietará a
cambiar el color de la unidad.
- Lave todas las partes metálicas en el agua por
debajo de 50°C y seque.
- Limpie todas las piezas de corte con aceite y
un paño húmedo.
- En caso de que la unidad está sin usar por un
largo tiempo, limpie todas las piezas metálicas
antes de usar.
Hacer Kubbe
Receta
Ingredientes:
100g de cordero (pique 1 o 2 veces)
1 cucharadita y 1/2 de Aceite de oliva
1/2 taza de cebolla (picada fina)
Especias a su gusto
Sal a su gusto
1 cucharadita y 1/2 de harina
Ponga a freír la cebolla hasta que se
dore y agregue el cordero picado,
especias, sal y la harina.
