7 Montage und Einstellarbeiten
ACHTUNG! Montage- und Ein stell -
arbeiten dürfen nur bei still stehen -
dem Werk zeug und gezoge nem
Netz stecker durchge führt wer den!
Elektronische Hubzahlsteuerung/ Hubzahlvor-
wahl (Abb. 3)
Zum materialgerechten Sägen kann mit dem
Stellrad (20) eine ge eig ne te Hubzahl
min–max (800– 3000 min
-1
) eingestellt
und mit dem Ein-/Ausschalter angesteuert wer den. Das
Stellrad dient zugleich zur stufen losen Veränderung der
Hub zahl während des Betriebes.
Sägeblattwechsel
Die Maschine verfügt über ein Schnell wechsel-
System (14) zum werkzeug losen Sägeblattwechsel.
• Sägeblatt einsetzen (Abb. 4a)
Hebel (a) in Pfeilrichtung schwenken. Sägeblatt in die
Aufnah me (b) einsetzen und bis zum An schlag schie-
ben. Der Rücken des Sägeblatts muss dabei gut in der
Nut der Führungsrolle (12) liegen. Hebel loslassen, er
muss seine Aus gangs stellung einnehmen, um das
Säge blatt zu arretieren.
ACHTUNG! Nur Säge blätter mit
Schaft gem. Abb. 4b verwenden!
Beachten Sie die angebene Säge-
blattdicke. Andere Sägeblätter können sich
beim Betrieb der Stichsäge aus der Sägeblatt-
aufnahme lösen.
• Sägeblatt entfernen (Abb. 4c)
Hebel (a) in Pfeilrichtung schwenken. Entnehmen Sie
das Sägeblatt in Pfeilrichtung. Hebel loslassen.
ACHTUNG! Verlet zungs gefahr durch
das heraus schnel lende Sägeblatt!
Gehrungs-/Schrägschnitte (Abb. 5)
Entnehmen Sie den Absaugkanal (7). Der
Sägeschuh (5) ist werk seitig auf Mittelpo -
si tion (0°) eingestellt. Zur Einstellung von
Gehrungs- und Schräg schnitten die Halteschrauben des
Sägeschuhs mit dem Sechs kantschlüssel (8) lösen
(Abb. 5) und den Sägeschuh nach vorn aus seiner Rast-
position herausschieben. Schnittwinkel durch Abkan-
ten nach rechts oder links einstellbar (6). Die Winkel 0°,
22,5° und 45° sind einstellbar. Halteschrauben fest
anzie hen. Der Absaugkanal kann bei Gehrungsschnit-
ten nicht verwendet werden.
