Prüfen Sie wöchentlich den Ölstand an den Ölbehältern 4 und 5 !
Vorsicht Verletzungsgefahr !
Öl kann Hautausschläge hervorrufen!
Vermeiden Sie längeren H autkontakt!
Waschen Sie sich nach Hautkontakt gründlich!
ACHTUNG !
Die Handhabung und Entsorgung von Mineralölen unterliegt
gesetzlichen Regelungen.
Liefern Sie Altöl an einer autorisierten Annahmestelle ab!
Schützen Sie Ihre Umwelt, achten Sie darauf, kein Öl zu verschütten!
Verwenden Sie zum Auffüllen der Ölvorratsbehälter ausschließlich das
Schmieröl DA 10 oder ein gleichwertiges Öl mit folgender
Spezifikation:
- Viskosität bei 40°C: 10 mm²/s
- Flammpunkt: 150°C
Das Öl kann von den Verkaufsstellen der DÜRKOPP ADLER AG unter
folgenden Teile-Nummern bezogen werden:
- 250 ml Behälter: 9047 000011
- 1 l Behälter: 9047 000012
- 2 l Behälter: 9047 000013
- 5 l Behälter: 9047 000014
Allgemeines
Die Schmierung aller beweglichen Teile des Automaten erfolgt über
ein Öldochtsystem aus zwei Ölvorratsbehältern.
Das Ölen beschränkt sich daher auf das Überprüfen und Nachfüllen
der Ölvorratsbehälter, jedoch müssen die Filze 2 der Klammerarme 3,
des Schneidstempels 1, und der Kurvenscheibe 6 von Zeit zur Zeit
geölt werden.
