2. Start/ Stop: start/stop la machine, remise à zero
des programmes.
3. Programme mode: préréglage des programmes
intégrés: travail ensemble du corps, travail
abdominal, travail membres inférieurs et
supérieurs.
4. Time ▲▼ : regale du temps d’entrainment
Réglage échelonné du temps d’exercice :
1minute ~ 10 minutes
Pré-réglage 1 minute
augmentation et diminution par échelle de 30
seconds
5. Fréquence ▲▼: réglage manuel de la fréquence
Echelle de Fréquence: max 50Hz, min 20Hz
Pré-réglage programmé: 35Hz
Augmentation et diminution de l’intensité : 5Hz
Comment utiliser la plate forme
Pressez Start.
Sélectionnez votre programme intégré (T, A, U, L)
ou le mode programme manuel.
Les exercices s’affichent sur le compteur LCD
avec la bonne position à pratiquer.
Pressez Stop pour remettre votre programme ou
pour sélectionner le programme manuel

Mollets et Tibias
Position: placez vous au centre de la plate
forme, les jambes écartées de 10 à 15cm
genoux légèrement fléchis , le dos est droit,
l’abdomen tendu, soulevez les talons et
maintenez une position « droit devant ».
Groupes musculaires sollicités: tibias et
mollets.
Squat
(Position cavalier)
Position: placez vous au centre de la plate
forme, maintenez la poignée, épaule
distante de manière à être confortablement
installé. Les genoux sont pliés
