Posición: Ponga los manos en el medio de
la placa en la largura del hombro. Los
dedos fuera del empleador. Mantenga los
pies al lado de la maquina, levante los
talones, mantenga la boda con solamente
los pies y los brazos.

Forearms , Tríceps y Pectoral
Basic Abdominal
Posición: Ponga un tapete pequeño o
toalla en la placa y siéntese en la
placa.Levante las piernas, mueve la
boda superior hacia las rodillas.

Método de posición: ponga el tapete en
el suelo y descanse en una posición
confortable. La planta del pie toca la
boda de la maquina los calves
poniendo en la placa
Chest massage
Posición: Ponga el tapete en el suelo y
arrodillase. Ponga el brazo en la placa.
Mantenga la espalda derecho y se ha
empleado la presión como el hombro esta
empujado hacia el suelo
