Reinig de meetwielen van het ABS-remsysteem
zorgvuldig om de optimale werking van het systeem
te garanderen. Gebruik geen bijtende producten om
de meetwielen en sensoren niet te beschadigen.
Opmerkingen
Maak geen gebruik van alcohol of derivaten
ervan voor het reinigen van het instrumentenpaneel.
Let goed op de velgen aangezien ze onderdelen van
bewerkt aluminium bevatten; maak ze iedere keer
dat u uw motorfiets gebruikt schoon en maak ze
droog.
De motorfiets een lange tijd niet gebruiken
Als de motorfiets een lange tijd niet wordt gebruikt,
raden wij u aan de volgende handelingen uit te
voeren:
de motorfiets helemaal reinigen;
de brandstof uit de tank aftappen;
breng via de bougie-openingen een beetje motorolie
in de cilinders aan en draai de motor handmatig een
paar slagen om het beschermende laagje over de
binnenwanden te verdelen;
de motorfiets op de hoofdstandaard zetten;
de accu losmaken en eruit halen.
Indien de motorfiets langer dan een maand niet
gebruikt wordt, dient men de accu te controleren en
eventueel op te laden of te vervangen.
Bedek de motorfiets met een speciaal zeil dat de lak
niet beschadigt en geen condens vasthoudt.

Belangrijke waarschuwingen
In sommige landen (Frankrijk, Duitsland, Engeland,
Zwitserland, enz.) zijn er plaatselijke milieu- en
lawaaivoorschriften.
Voer regelmatig de eventueel voorgeschreven
controles uit en gebruik alleen originele Ducati
reserveonderdelen, in overeenstemming met de
voorschriften die in de verschillende landen van
kracht zijn.
