Codice regionale (Regional Code)

Il DVD player e i DVD contengono codici regionali per

ciascuna area di distribuzione. Se il codice regionale di

un DVD player non coincide con quello del DVD, non è

possibile riprodurlo.

Sottotitoli

I sottotitoli presentano sul video la traduzione dei dialo-

ghi in una lingua diversa da quella originale. Un DVD

può offrire sottotitoli in numerose lingue diverse. Grazie

alla funzione dei sottotitoli si può scegliere la lingua desi-

derata.

Angolo di visualizzazione camera

Alcuni DVD contengono scene riprese contemporanea-

mente da diversi angoli di visualizzazione. In tali dischi si

può usare il tasto "Angle", per vedere la scena da diversi

angoli di visualizzazione. I dischi che possiedono una

tale tecnica sono detti "dischi multi angle".
