Cuisses de poulet piquantes
Parts : 2 – 4
Temps de préparation : env. 25 minutes
Temps de cuisson : env. 20 à 30 minutes
Ingrédients :
4 – 6 cuisses de poulet
2 – 3 cuillères à soupe d'huile d'olive
1 gousse d'ail
1 cuillère à café de sucre
1 cuillère à café de piment en poudre ou de paprika moulu
Assaisonnement : sel, poivre à volonté
Préparation :
1. Éplucher l'ail et le passer au presse-ail.
2. Mélanger la gousse d'ail avec le sucre, le piment en poudre/le paprika moulu, le sel,
le poivre et l'huile.
3. Enduire les cuisses de poulet de cette marinade et laisser reposer au moins 20 mi-
nutes.
4. Disposer les cuisses de poulet sur la grille en position basse.
5. Régler la température de cuisson sur 200 °C env.
6. Programmer un temps de cuisson de 30 à 40 minutes environ.
7. Le temps de cuisson peut varier selon la taille des cuisses de poulet. Adapter le
temps et la température de cuisson, le cas échéant.
Filet de bœuf et légumes grillés
Parts : 2
Temps de préparation : env. 25 minutes
Temps de cuisson : env. 20 à 30 minutes
Ingrédients :
de 250 à 350 g de let de bœuf
1 – 2 cuillères à soupe d'huile d'olive
1 gousse d'ail
4 – 6 champignons de taille moyenne
1 courgette
1 poivron
Assaisonnement : sel, poivre, aromates à volonté
1 verre d'eau à volonté
Préparation :
1. Éplucher l'ail et le passer au presse-ail.
2. Laver les courgettes et le poivron et les couper en dés.
3. Nettoyer les champignons et les couper en tranches.
4. Laver la viande, l'essuyer avec de l'essuie-tout et la couper en dés.
