Auf dem achen Gitterrost bei 180 °C ca. 90 Minuten garen.
Den Saucenfond mit dem Saft einer Orange abschmecken.
Dazu passen Knödel.
Vegetarische Gemüsespieße „süß-sauer“
6 Holzspieße
Verschiedene Gemüsesorten nach Belieben:
1 Zucchini grün oder gelb
6-8 Schalotten schälen
Blumenkohl in kleine Röschen,
Broccoli in kleine Röschen,
2 geschälte Karotten in Scheiben,
bunte Paprika in Stücke schneiden,
8 mittelgroße Champignons (vorher in Olivenöl einlegen)
Alles bunt auf die Spieße ziehen, auf den achen Gitterrost legen und mit Kräuterbutter
bepinseln.
15 Minuten bei 180 °C garen.
Dann mit süß-saurer Asia-Sauce beträufeln.
Dazu passt Baguette.
Gefüllte Auberginen
2 mittelgroße Auberginen der Länge nach halbieren, etwas aushöhlen, das ausgehöhlte in Würfel
schneiden.
Die halben Auberginen mehrmals mit der Gabel einstechen und 5 Minuten in leichtem Salzwasser
wässern, abtupfen
Füllung:
400 g Tiefkühl Rahmgemüse
400 g Frische Bratwurst enthäuten
1 EL Curry
1 EL Cucuma
1 TL gehackter Knoblauch
Alles gut vermischen und in die Auberginen füllen.
Mit Olivenöl bepinseln und in entsprechender acher Auaufform 30 Minuten bei 180 °C garen
(oder auch auf dem achen Gitterrost garen).
Dazu passt Reis
